Here is how to use or Queso Cheese Mix:

In a blender combine 1-16 oz can of carrots un-drained, 1-16 oz can of garbanzos drained, 1 cup Queso Cheese Mix and blend until smooth and creamy adding more liquid if needed to process (you can use this blend for mac and cheese or enchiladas, etc.) To make the Queso remove from blender and add 1 can of Rotel tomatoes or canned chilies and tomatoes. Heat till hot. Enjoy with your favorite chips! For more spice add chopped jalapenos.

Blanched almond meal, nutritional yeast, potato flour, sea salt, dehydrated onion and garlic, citric acid and spices.
