Coconut Corn Chowder

4 cups water
2 Tbs. The Vegetarian Express Veggie Chik Seasoning
1/2  Tsp. Salt
1 2lb bag of hash browns southern style potatoes
1 medium onion diced
1  1lb. bag frozen cut corn
1  13 oz. can coconut milk


- Bring water to a boil and add the Veggie Chik seasoning. Then add onion and potatoes. Cook till tender

- Add corn and stir in coconut milk

- Serve and enjoy!
