Easy, plant based, delicious cabbage wraps!
Directions
Heat oil in a large saucepan, add diced onions and peppers and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add hotdogs that have been processed in food processor or diced into ¼ inch dice and brown slightly.
Add minced garlic and cook 1-2 more minutes.
Add cooked rice and mix, cook for 5 more minutes.
Add 1 cup tomato sauce, and Golden Broth, mix well and heat through.
Assembly: Cut the stem out of the leaf and cut big leave in half.
Place 1/3 -1/2 cup of mixture on leaf and roll up, place in baking dish and repeat till all the leaves and mixture are used up.
Top cabbage leaves with remaining tomato sauce and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degrees
oven.
Enjoy with green beans, salad and your favorite bread, etc.
